Where are you based?
Steel Horse is a family-run business based in Weymouth, Dorset, on the south coast of England — that’s where the brand, the designs and the replies to your emails all come from.
To get your gear to you quickly wherever you ride, we work with trusted printing partners in the USA, Europe and Australia as well as here in the UK. Your order is made and posted from whichever one is closest to you, so you’re not sat waiting on a parcel crossing an ocean.
Do you ship internationally?
We do — worldwide. And because we’ve got printing partners spread across the UK, USA, Europe and Australia, most orders don’t cross a border at all. They’re made and posted close to home, which means less waiting and no nasty surprises at customs.

Will I get a tracking number?
Every single order ships tracked — no exceptions. The moment yours leaves the print floor you’ll get an email with a tracking link, so you can watch it the whole way to your door.
It works both ways: because everything is tracked, if a parcel ever goes astray we can see it too. Drop us a line and we’ll chase it down or get a replacement out to you. No excuses, no shrugging.
When will it arrive?

What size should I get?
Our tees are true to size with a relaxed cut, so your usual size is normally the right one. There’s a full size chart with real measurements on every product page — the surest method is to lay a tee you already ride in flat and compare it against the numbers.

What are your tees made of?
Soft ring-spun cotton — the good stuff. Ring-spinning twists and thins the fibres before they’re woven, which is why the fabric feels smooth against the skin instead of scratchy, and why it keeps its shape rather than going baggy round the collar after a few washes.
Light enough to wear all summer, substantial enough to hang properly rather than cling. The exact blend varies by product and it’s listed on every product page.
