At Steel Horse Apparel, we know riders don’t like to wait around. That’s why all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next working day.

Free Shipping Order 3 or more items and get free standard shipping — worldwide, on every order. No code needed; the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary during peak periods.

Fulfilment Orders are fulfilled by our production partners Printify and MerchPanda. Items are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order being placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order hits the road, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at info@steelhorse.shop.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Sometimes the road throws up delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
