At Steel Horse Apparel, we know riders don’t like to wait around. That’s why all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
As much as we love firing up the presses and printing your tees ourselves here in our UK warehouse, we know no rider wants to be left idling in the waiting lane. That’s why we’ve partnered with fulfilment centres in the USA and Australia. Now, bikers around the world can get their favourite Steel Horse tees shipped locally—faster, smoother, and with less time waiting at the mailbox and more time out on the road. 🏍️
- UK Standard Tracked Delivery – 2–4 working days
- UK Express Tracked Delivery – 1–2 working days
- International Tracked Delivery – 5–10 working days (location dependent)
- USA Tracked Delivery – 3–5 working days
- Australia Tracked Delivery – 3–6 working days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order hits the road, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at info@steelhorse.shop.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Sometimes the road throws up delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect addresses.
